The periphery of the lifebuoy shall be equipped with a buoyant handle cable with a diameter not less than 9.5 mm and a length not less than four times the outer diameter of the lifebuoy. This cable should be fastened at four equidistant positions around the ring body. And form four grommets of equal length.
4. Where conditions permit, merchants are required to verify the weight, suture quality, strength, floatability, high temperature resistance and damage resistance of the lifebuoy in accordance with the requirements of the standards and specifications.
